Lead program widget test

Operator use only. Add your tenant id as ?client_id=<uuid> (same as the dashboard “tenant id”). The page must be served from an https origin listed in your tenant embed and capture allowlists (save Lead program + Website setup in the dashboard first).

After a test submit: open Dashboard → Records and use Copy triage summary on a payload for a plain-text handoff. Counsel printable: counsel review summary.
