Why we built it

Every product we touched ended up bolting Clerk-class auth onto a TrustedForms-class consent vendor, then dropping a CAPTCHA in front of both. Three contracts, three dashboards, three sets of secrets — for one job: let the right humans in and remember they consented. CapchaCloud is the version we wish we could have bought: one Cloudflare Worker, one tenant ID, one bill, and consent records you can actually export.

How we work

• Honest copy. No “TCPA-guaranteed” framing, no certifications we do not hold, no team/SSO claims until they ship. The roadmap is the source of truth.
• Cloudflare-native. Workers, D1, R2, Queues, Turnstile, optional Workers AI. No mixed-cloud surprises.
• Operator-owned production. Wrangler + Cloudflare Dashboard. Smoke scripts (smoke-production.ps1) and a one-shot pnpm yolo gate.
• Evidence-oriented. Hash-addressed payloads, audit chain, JSON export with export_schema_version. Inputs to your compliance program, not a substitute for counsel.
• Small surface, fast turns. A two-line embed and a focused dashboard beat a 12-screen onboarding.
