Wrap a native Webflow form with consent evidence, using an Embed element or page custom code.

Set up

  1. Get your client id (it starts with tnt_) from Magic Setup in the dashboard at capchacloud.com/app. Your site origin must be allowlisted there, or the widget will not boot.
  2. Give your Form Block an ID in Webflow (Element settings, ID) such as quote-form. Webflow renders it as <form id="quote-form">.
  3. Add an Embed element under the form (or Page settings, Custom code, Before </body> tag) and paste the snippet. Publish; custom code and embeds do not run in the Designer preview.
  4. Submit the published form. Webflow's own success state still appears; the capture runs alongside it.

What is tested

Every snippet on this page is checked by an automated test that loads the page, takes the snippet out of it, and runs the real /widget.js in a browser DOM: the attributes must be exactly the ones the widget reads, the form selector must match exactly one form, and a test submission must produce a capture request carrying your campaign and form ids.

What is not verified

  • Not run against a published Webflow site (needs a Webflow paid site plan for custom code). Tested against the markup Webflow renders (w-form, native inputs) and the real widget.js.
  • Webflow submits forms with its own script; we rely only on the browser's submit event on the form element.
