Preservation of relevant records when litigation, investigations, or regulatory obligations require freezing deletion.

Process varies by contract and jurisdiction. Not all preservation scopes may be technically feasible on every shard — we coordinate in good faith.

How to request

Send a written notice through your commercial contact or serviceautomations.ai legal routing.
Include matter identifier, scope (tenant IDs, date ranges, product surfaces), and authority reference.
We acknowledge receipt and confirm feasibility / timeline.

Effect on deletion

Routine deletion and retention expiry may be suspended for in-scope records while hold is active. Released holds resume normal lifecycle per retention.
