Reserve transparency for regulators, auditors, and examiners — no login. Enter the tenant and instrument you were given to see the current reserve-adequacy state, the tamper-evident event chain behind it, and the independent RFC 3161 + Bitcoin anchors over the audit trail. Every download is self-contained and offline-verifiable — you do not have to trust CapchaCloud's servers to check the math.
Honesty notice: figures here are tenant-attested — this portal compares issued liabilities (from a hash-chained event log) against the most recent reserve figure the tenant attested. It is not an audit of the reserves themselves and confers no GENIUS Act compliance, FDIC insurance, banking charter, or regulatory approval. CapchaCloud is software and never touches funds. Tamper-evident, not tamper-proof.

Prefilled with the public demo issuer (figures re-attested daily by automation for demonstration). Real issuers hand their examiner the tenant + instrument pair directly.
What this portal does not show
- No list of tenants or instruments — you must already know the pair you were given (no enumeration).
- No per-event amounts or free-text references (those stay with the tenant's own API key).
- No claim that reserves exist, are unencumbered, or were independently audited.
